How are appointments set?Appointments are set for morning or afternoon hours with a 30-minute call-ahead if requested.

Are you Gas Safe registered?YES, our gas safe engineers are registered to work safely and legally on gas in the UK.

Do you provide a guarantee on your work?Yes. All domestic appliance repairs and installation are guaranteed for a period of six months.

Do you work weekends?Working hours are from Monday to Saturday. Closed Sunday.

What if your engineer cannot repair the appliance?In the unlikely event that repair is not possible or not cost-effective, you pay only for the diagnostic & time spent travelling.
