Booking & Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon submitting your booking and displaying a success message. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice given.

Diagnosis & Repairs: Our engineers conduct an initial diagnosis to identify issues. You’ll receive a quote before any repairs commence. If parts are required, they’ll be ordered after your approval, and we’ll arrange a convenient follow-up appointment for installation.
3. Payment & Fees

Payment Methods: Payments must be paid on the day of the service Payments are accepted via major credit/debit cards, cash, or bank transfer. Payment for any repairs or parts must be completed before or at the time of service completion.

Parts: We only use high-quality, compatible parts, subject to availability. Parts carry a manufacturer’s warranty, and Appliances Fix offers a 3-month workmanship warranty.

5. Liability & Limitations
Appliances Fix is not responsible for damage due to pre-existing issues or user mishandling of appliances. While we take every precaution, we are not liable for accidental damages beyond the scope of service.
